The programme for Leading At The Edge Online, taking place on 7th October, has been finalised today.

There will be a total of 11 speakers over eight sessions in different formats – including presentations, interviews, round-tables and an interactive session with Kelly Swanson.

All will be live on the day and participants will be able to put questions online and some in person on the day.

Those who have registered will also receive an exclusive video from Kelly Swanson before the conference to gain insights into the power of story as a communications tool. On the day Kelly will work with three audience members to help them craft compelling stories for their businesses.

Billion-dollar tech entrepreneur Iza Login will be interviewed by Kevin Kelly. She’ll tell the story of a small team building a mobile app business in eight years which was sold for $1bn in 2017.

‘Ask Iza’ will allow the audience to send questions in advance so that Kevin and Iza can make sure she addresses what the audience wants to hear.

Professor John Breslin will talk about Digital Acceleration – particularly important in today’s environment.

Patrick Gallen is a partner with Grant Thornton who focuses on People and Change and he’ll address new ways of working while Paul O’Kelly will host a panel of practitioners to discuss new models of business.

Demand for Patrick McKeown’s expertise in handling stress has sky-rocketed during the pandemic and he’ll provide insights on how to deal with today’s pressures in a rapidly-evolving business and personal environment.

Attracting and retaining attention in today’s world is a massive challenge and Kevin Kelly will share his thoughts on the Art of Influence in a world of dopamine junkies, liars and opportunity.
